Have you ever eaten one of something and were just not
satisfied so you kept eating more—hoping to reach that moment of “pure delight”
– only to find yourself stuffed and unhappy with what you just ate? Well, I have
and I am strongly convinced that it’s because we eat things that have an inferior
quality to them. Here at Elizabeth’s we do not use preservatives or low grade
ingredients as we are striving to give our customer’s the quality that they
deserve. In my last blog post I made mention of choosing quality over quantity
as it truly makes a difference in a person’s diet. (Oh, no! I mentioned the “d-word!”) What we eat every day is our diet, so you can relax as it’s just a term
defining that. Moderation in all of life is, of course, the key. Eating foods made with
quality is what will help with that and it’s what we give you at Elizabeth’s every day with each product you choose.
